Carol Simmons, of Macomb, Illinois, passed away Thursday, February 10,
2011, at the age of 70. Carol was a dear friend to all of us at PEAI and she
will be sadly missed. She is survived by her husband, Ralph and daughter and
son-in-law, Deana and Kenny Nell. Funeral services are Monday, February 14, 2011, at 11:30
a.m., at Martin Hollis Funeral Home, Bushnell, Illinois. There will be a one hour visitation prior to the service.
